Pros
-Office is clean and is easily accessible for commuters. -Opportunities to make connections with several other institutions and businesses.
Cons
-TERRIBLE work culture. The CEO of the company works in the same open space as the rest of the employees, and if he is not yelling at you, he is yelling at the overseas employees all day over Teams calls. -Work life balance is non existent with very minimal days off (try 5-7 to start). It is expected of you to arrive well before 9am, and not leave until after 5pm. -Severe lack of training, thrown off the deep end and expected to swim. -By far the worst work culture I have ever experienced. No one takes 1 hour lunch breaks, instead go for “walks” or steps out for 15 minutes to grab a bite to eat before returning and eating at their desk. -Praise for good work is non existent.
