Company has a very broad mission of improving people's life. The habits are a mechanism, but owner is always looking for interesting ways of helping people move on with their lives in the best way they can think of plus add some perspective. Team isn't big, but there is a lot of good willing towards one another, which can be felt even when working remotely. Projects reached a state in which reliability and resilience are a very big factor. However, One is still moving foward with trying innovations, but in a more controlled pattern. Management style is very stress free, as long as things are working as intended and the eventual setback does not take long to be addressed. Since the company expanded horizontally trying many different things, lots of code there are in a situation one does not really know if it's used or not. That creates some barriers to change, as one don't want to break other functionalities, at the same time the barriers might be mute.

The financial situation was pretty dire before, which made payments hard. Situation is much improved over the past months, however.
