2yThank you for sharing your feedback about your Pavilion experience. We’re glad that your experience included successful working relationships with your peers, and that you were able to take advantage of the self-managed PTO and remote work benefits at Pavilion.
We’re also grateful for your thorough and candid feedback. We understand your frustration around communication, and we are committed to fostering a transparent and productive work environment for all. For example, our CEO is now sharing the company P&L with the entire team, so everyone can see exactly where we stand and where we need to go. Additionally, we’ve shared our long-term vision with the company and received input from all of our people managers and leaders. We’re proud to help thousands of people a year and do our very best to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Of course we’re not always perfect and make plenty of mistakes along the way. But we can assure you we do try.
All that said, we deeply appreciate your feedback and are grateful for your time with us. We’ll keep trying to get better and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
