Pretty hollow company - Project Manager Pavecon Employee Review

Benefits pretty poor Very little support management and absolutely no company structure. No training so new employees rarely stick around. Turnover is very high for PMs across the board since nothing is done to retain them. Company has really gone downhill the last 3-4 years within the industry as well. Its a job - not a career
