Family atmosphere and great people

Continuously short staffed and always busy

The working hours are great and the pay in the front office is decent. There 401k and benefits are good as well.

Not allowed to work from home even though you would be able to complete your job at home without a doubt. The vacation time is terrible compared to other places, raises are nearly nonexistent. Management does nothing about the drama amongst employees. There is no confidentiality between HR and management as they just openly talk about things that shouldn’t always be discussed with all employees.
