Great employer - Program Manager Patton Building Services Employee Review

The company has a great set of values and vision! Overall morale is great. Business is growing so it is rarely boring. This is definitely not a job that makes me watch the clock all day like other jobs I have had. I would say that I enjoy work. I feel motivated, supported, and trusted in my role. Relationships between owners, management, and staff are healthy and positive.

Days off are difficult to plan because of emergency work orders and staffing issues. The schedule can be a little unpredictable some weeks.

great place to work and everyone there was really nice. I worked hard and done my job. If you arent into drama then its not a place that you want to work and they also play favorites there as well and if you arent a supervisors favorite then you are screwed from the get go....

There is just to much drama there and the supervisor plays favorites and its not right if you arent a favorite then you arent going to last there long at all before someone causes you to quit your job or someone gets you fired based on lies,
