      Great product line, quality sales reps.

      Cons

      Fairness with employment. After 19 years I was terminated, along with 250 of my colleagues across the nation - around 25% of their sales team. One colleague was two months away from retirement, after 25 years she wanted to introduce her customers to the new rep, but they would not hear of it. A small severance and a no compete clause - she can't even say good by to her clients. My customers are very angry at Patterson, sad and confused. Maybe PDS is getting ready to be sold?

      Paid time is the only pro left.

      Cons

      Management lies and minimalizes. One sided accountability. Instead of fixing an issue they would rather one person absorb the hit to their metrics and be miserable. Unequal treatment. Low merit raises. High employee turnover. If you are not in the clique then you are disposable. Verbal abuse from customers. Stats that are inaccurate, but we are held to those metrics as the holy grail. Any PC issue they will blame on your home internet even if you have the same exact issues when working from the office. That's a big one.
