Company over works employees. Said they standardize pay yet still the lowest paid in the industry. Training is non-existent. Leadership wondered into the positions they’re in. With the exception of two individuals. The so called “bonus” is terrible. They over schedule, overwork, and under pay their employees it is that simple. The incompetence is astounding
