Different in the right kind of way - Anonymous employee Pathways Platform Employee Review

They have a professional development program that is really interesting. I didn't stay long at the company due to personal/family events, but I was really amazed with how the program is run and how much it really works. I have a Ph.D. in Sociology and Philosophy, so I loved how interested the company was in tangible results and change.

They have a recruiting department at the company which has a different culture.

I was pushed to be my best. The leadership cares and attention to detail helped me grow.

It's weird, but some of the pros are also the cons. I left because sometimes the feedback was challenging. While uplifting at times it also felt like I would climb one mountain and there would be another. Now that I have worked for two other firms, I would like to go back to Pathways.
