All the guys you work with on the floor are actually the only true blessing you have at this company. Also plenty of free parking Easy work

Honestly the place is run by baffoons that couldn't even run a bath, backwards decisions when problems occur that could be done in such a simple manner. People quitting day one, management sacking guys on a regular basis, it's a complete farce of a company business. They sack actual skilled workers and keep brown nosing 'yes men' at the helm. They don't hire staff with the correct experience im positioms of power You feel welcomed at first but you slowly realise that no contributions you make to the company go noticed unless they are negative no matter how minor. You can bring good positive ideas to the table and they'll simply brush it aside as if they are better than you because they are higher up than you. Rates of pay are abismal, a skilled tradesman on those rates is just sad. Not a shred of respect from the top, once they see you as a 'bad egg' they do everything in their power to either get you to quit or they have reason to sack you.

I was really trying to think of something positive to say about this company but i cannot think of anything, however i will say that some of the people i met were really nice and helpful.

well where do i start having worked abroad for a number of years and coming back to the UK to work lets just say its been an eye opener, office politics, backstabbing, office spy's who report back to management on everything, whilst i was there i was accused of something with no evidence purely on hearsay and conjecture and was finished, with no chance to defend my self or face my accusers, i have never in all my years worked for a place as bad as this.
