Pros

Remote Work, good PTO accrual, and Health Insurance

Cons

I worked here for a year. My starting pay was $15.66 per hour. Got a raise five months later (August 2021) to $16.20. A new employee was hired in November 2021 at a lower position, and their starting pay was $18.33. Management came to me about a day before the new hire started, telling me they were going to give me a rise to make their wages"fair". It took my supervisor and corporate five weeks after the new employee started for me to get my raise. During those 5 weeks, I was training this new employee, in addition to taking on more responsibility in the office, such as teaching the Homebuyer Education classes. At the same time, the new employee was getting paid $2.13 more an hour than me. They offered no back pay, no reimbursement for my time during those five weeks, nor any additional bonus for training. Hard work goes unnoticed here. This non-profit likes to boast about how they are a multi-million dollar company, yet cannot pay their employees fairly.
