      Overtime is allowed. We receive a decent amount of t if vacation.

      Cons

      Only 2.5% merit raises are issued to literally every employee across the board- it’s keeping moral low.

      Pros

      I have a great manager and supervisor. They are kind and caring. They treat us like family. Pathgroup seriously cares about giving great patient care and respect. They treat their employees the same. Work hard for them and they will work hard for you.

      Cons

      They expect you to show up for work and give a fair days work for a fair days pay. I don't really have any cons!
