I don't want to publish a novel, but it feels like there is an endless story to tell about the negative things of this "company"...
- The management: They are proud to say that the majority of their managers are "first time managers" and guess what? You notice exactly that. This is not their fault to be fair. This is just what happens if you promote incompetent people into management and then don't give them any training for anything. They have no clue what they are doing and are the middle man between the front line soldiers and higher management, which is equally incompetent.
- Nobody cares about YOU here, once you accepted that, life becomes easier. They do stupid employee feedbacks now and then, which shock everyone, then nothing gets changed and people leave. The only thing we suspect is, that they are faking reviews on here.
- I have been very quiet, for one reason...as soon as you see people, who speak up and point out problems, they either get fired for some made up reason, or they get ignored (kind of bullied) until they quit themselves. So if you start a job here, better behave like you are in North Korea, and don't say a word, thats why I am still here, but.....
-....9/10 people I know are looking for a new job, so am I. The only problem is, every recruiter in London already knows what a joke this company is and feels sorry for you working here, which doesn't give you a strong scenario to negotiate your next role.
MARK MY WORDS... Don't accept ANY job here, no matter how much they offered you, unless you are fresh outta uni and want some work experience for the CV, that's all it's really good for. Many of the grads here, didn't get a placement but managed to get hired here, that should say it all.
