Pros

There is a new coffee lounge downstairs and new cafe?

Cons

There is so many cons this past year it’s hard to list them all. This is a multi million dollar company and the raises we get are a slap in the face. There is zero room to move up with this company unless you are in good with upper management. If you aren’t, then you are stuck where you are. There are so many clicks I.e. the “front office chicks” who basically run the show. There is so much tension when you come into work it’s unreal. This is no longer a place you enjoy being. Everything is a competition now and the ladies in the front are beyond rude to you. And treat you like yo are below them. When Matt and Carrie were in the front it was a great place to work. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like a human and not worthless. If you aren’t “in with the cool kids” you don’t get any acknowledgement from them and you are basically ignored.

Pros

We are growing steadily, which means opportunity for new positions and for current employees to learn new processes needed, possibly advancing themselves

Cons

We were a "work family" and team, with motivational, respectful leadership under Matt Oldroyd, and saw our best year ever. That seems to have been pushed aside by new management. Motivation is "if you can't meet my demands, I'll find someone who can" or "not getting this done is not an option and it doesn't matter if you have to work weekends and more." Way too much politics and game playing going on among the new people instead of honest, respectful teamwork.
