Lots of time off which allows you to take unpaid vacations, although there is a risk that you might become homeless. They have higher starting wages than most companies but that is offset by the lack of hours you will get.
Cons
Anything that you can imagine that a horribly-run company would do, this company takes it to the next level. If it hasn't already made it unbearable to work there, just give it a little time because this company strives to ruin the lives of its employees. For example, this company forces its workers to squeeze in months of production work in a single week and expects their employees to be complacent when they tell us that we will be out of work for sometimes one or two weeks with no pay.
