In Honduras where I work they treat us not nice. We always need to make our ticket numbers or we get on a coaching plan. It does not matter if we are sick, away for family or anything. We need to make up the work by working unpaid overtime hours. Our lead tells us to clock out then do the work to make numbers or it is a coaching plan and then you are fired. I let my manager know this is not right and he said its what the bosses say to do to make us good workers. Some people are lazy and take easy tickets and get lots of high numbers to make honest workers look bad too. This is against HN labour laws. Everyone needs to email the government employment office and report Partnerhero for doing this. If we all do it and the government makes them stop it will be better for everyone. Please email.
