The company has a very talented, collaborative team and leadership committed to running a solid data and build team. The CEO has significant experience in data science and is driving a strong vision and leadership team is committed to investing in data quality and expansion of our analytics and data science practice. The problems we’re solving are complex and highly relevant in the healthcare space, and the use cases are very promising spanning generative AI, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics in addition to data harmonization across rich and diverse data assets. Overall, it’s a really exciting place to work with what looks like a bright future and significant industry tailwinds.

Not really a con, but it’s worth mentioning that the work is challenging and fast paced. Working at a relatively small company means putting in the extra effort to stay on top of fundamentals/quality while consistently delivering new features and capabilities.

The company is highly collaborative and has a good mission-oriented culture. Overall, we have people with very deep experience in the space, across multiple departments. The new CEO has brought compelling vision that we are executing against. Many of the investments in new products and capabilities, such as data science, seem to be paying off, although there is still a lot to do. We are starting to do truly interesting things, like investing in AI-based capabilities, and bringing in new data sets to improve our capabilities and make our products truly differentiated.

Haven't seen too many. Always feels like we could use more people so we can move faster. The transformation to data platform company is still in process as far as ensuring that everybody at the company has the skills needed to support.
