Stay away from Partek - Regional Sales Manager Partek Employee Review

This is a very small company. Launched products that are not ready for the market. If you are a remote worker you seldom know what is happening in the company. Bad internal communications from senior management to the rest of the company. No clear sales or marketing stratergy. Senior management don't trust remote employees and they seldom give you a fair hearing and decisions are made with out consulting you for an opinion. Don't understand the full European market and no real clue on the sales potential for the European market. No SWOT analysis on competitors and don't really understand customer needs. There is loads of meetings scheduled that is just a waste of time.
