I was pleased to find they were both upfront and honest in the interview. They let me know at the interview that the role would strictly be contract based and for only a few months. Having this upfront information didn't leave the lingering question of whether I would ever be made full-time staff and also gave me the freedom to continue to look for work to start once that contract ended. The Heads of the company were interested in meeting everyone. I was shocked the CEO was present to introduce himself and speak with me the first week on the job. The company is strictly remote and works with top clients on the west coast.

no complaints about those I worked with or the company, just wish the contract had been longer since it was a good company to work with.
