Pros
There are intelligent, hardworking people here who deserve better.
Cons
The competitive landscape creates significant internal pressure that, rather than being channeled into building a strong, supported, and motivated team, manifests as fear, blame, and intimidation. Hitting targets is the only acceptable outcome, and when results fall short due to complex factors, employees bear the consequences, leadership rarely examines its own strategy or investment in its people.
New employees are set up to fail, expected to perform before being given the tools, context, or support to do so. This is passed off as a "challenging environment" meant to signal speed and innovation, when in reality the chaos is deliberately created and the people within it are left to absorb the fallout. Poor management bears no consequence. Feedback is nonexistent or contemptuous. Recognition is withheld selectively. Inexperienced, toxic leaders offload departmental failures onto the individual contributors who are actually doing the work with customers, and when that's no longer convenient, those same people are laid off to protect the people above them.
It is also worth noting the obvious attempts to smooth over reputational damage on this platform, one that exists specifically to give prospective employees fair and transparent information. That alone speaks volumes about the gap between the culture this company wants to project and the one it actually operates.
