Pros
They promote flexible scheduling, but that only applies to SOME team members. There are a few quality team members, but these people are not influencers in the company.
Cons
Expectations are not clearly articulated. Health benefits are cheap/terrible, no flexible spending account, highly toxic environment filled with narcissists, consistently high turnover as a result of poor management and terminating people as a way to save money at the end of the year when the mismanaged budget is running out, and then senior staff members are promoted. The people who manage to stay there for years do not seem to get promoted.
