Flexible scheduling - requests for time off easily accommodated. Staff discount. Not all of the team were chancers. Good rapport with the greeters.
Cons
"Every man for himself" mentality. Too many drivers on shift during quiet times. No sense of urgency to service regular (non tipping) customers promptly. Pay.
