Cons
As with other consulting opportunities, staffing can be a challenge. Some will find themselves bouncing from project to project, while others may end up on a client for years at a time. While it does feel like management has made an effort to smooth out the staffing process, it still feels like you have very little control over which kind of project you are going to be staffed on, and for how long you will be staffed.
