Pros
Pariveda provides a fast pace work environment specifically geared towards above average employees that want to accelerate their career path. The company is truly focused on investing and growing it's employees which overall makes it a great place to work. In comparison to software companies in the industry Pariveda is unique in that all employees get the opportunity to work on several different projects with different tech stacks. You'll never get the feeling of "being comfortable" at work, but with that comes the much faster career growth Pariveda provides. Pariveda only hire's "A Players" and the vetting/interview process is difficult, but when hired you'll realize that this results in Pariveda only having very high caliber employees. Everyone at Pariveda is close knit and if you work here you'll definitely make close friends and work with some of the smartest people in the industry.
Cons
The expectations framework is great; however, there really isn't any "fast path" for employees that are performing exceptional well. I think this can result in good employees advancing at the same rate as the top employees (especially at the lower cohort levels).
