Pros

Everyone works hard, we get a lot done and really try to meet our customer's needs. There is excellent teamwork amongst most individuals, and opportunities for growth. A small team means there is plenty to be done, but recognition when you take something on and do it well.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a disconnect between the sales and development teams. Salaries are probably lower than they should be overall, and at times decisions from senior management are not clearly communicated, or the rationale for them is not obvious. It is a friendly culture, but that can mean that when things go wrong, there is no responsibility taken.
