They hired me by starting the new project in Properties. Company has enough funds and resources to do purchase all kind of properties in UAE. But when it comes to employees they want to hire you and offer the salaries of intern with expectations of senior level manager experience. Company is owned by syrians having local nationality but run by Fillipino staff. They’ll not give you copy of offer letter and ask you to sign physical contract. Clause of 5000 aed as name of training fee if you leave within one year. Passport will be hold by HR during your time in company. No proper induction from HR or job role description. Working hours will be 8 to 6 pm. You’re allowed to take only 30 minutes lunch break with biometric time. They have biometric even on washroom doors so theyll notice your time spent in washroom as well. False and fake promises upon hiring however upon joining nothing will be fulfilled. Even owner and high management have their personal secratery. You wont have the right to speak to owner directly. Many racist managers in company who will jugde you without even knowing the experience or your qualifications. Still there wont be visa at first and they’ll keep you on trail periods in case decision changed, company will kick you out at anytime. Higher managers only give preference to their referred staff and will eat your position once they saw the opportunity. There wont be any hearing from anyone if they kick you out from company. I would recommend to work in small company rather than putting your time and effort for these kind of big groups. At end they’ll play with your emotions as well on financial status in case they wont want you in system. While working in company you’ll pray your 1 year should complete and could find better peaceful working environment.
