Pros

Everyone supports each other across all teams. Despite being a remote working role colleagues make friendships which says a lot about the culture here. Focus is on solutions and working together not on blame. Very inclusive company to work for and flexible where possible which is great.

Cons

No cons that I can think of

Pros

Fabulous working culture! When times get hard or challenging in your personal life Parenta listen and will always be flexible to make sure you are looking after you! Most importantly you can take this time without feeling guilt or worry that it is insincere. Work life balance is not just accommodated it is encouraged! Yes we have targets to hit and yes we have high standards but this is how any training provider must work in order operate and be successful. These high standards and expectation's are there for the learner - They are learner centred to ensure the best possible learning journey for our apprentices. Unfortunely the people that don't understand this are usually the people that have been highlighted for not giving this remarkable service. We have some amazing motivational rewards for our tutors. All colleagues are always welcoming and friendly, everybody wants to help each other to reach the same goal - Not to mention the huge amount of fun we have doing it !

Cons

Having one system for everything would be a dream :-)

Pros

Some departments have some lovely staff members.

Cons

In my experience, aspects of the workplace culture were challenging. I encountered behaviour from certain long-tenured staff members that I found to be, at times, belittling and unprofessional. While I understand that workplace issues can arise, I did not feel these concerns were addressed appropriately or consistently. These challenges had a noticeable impact on team morale and on my ability to perform at my best. Despite raising concerns through the appropriate channels, including HR, I did not feel they were handled in a timely or effective manner. I also experienced a shift in the tone of one-to-one meetings after raising concerns, which I found discouraging. It created an environment where speaking up felt difficult, and in my view, some employees may feel hesitant to voice concerns openly which should never be the case.
