Pros

The company offers hybrid work model and expects the employees to work 8 30 to 5 30, spending time on work after work time is commonly discouraged.

Cons

Flexibility is less in working hours due to strict 8 30 to 5 30 roster. The employees has to come on fixed rosters which keeps changing every month. The office has parking issues, incorrect workspace setup - chair with no head rest and no standard coffee machine and the company simply passes the ball that landlord is responsible for maintaining office when the employees raises an issue. No proper flow since another amateur person handles things which an HR must be responsible. The management doesn't seem to be aware how the culture at software industry looks like and follows very old approaches, which keeps the employees in stress.

Pros

Nothing noteworthy to highlight at this time.

Cons

Strong office politics dominate the work environment; some individuals BS and PP focus more on office politics than actual delivery work. Lack of accountability—there is no proper review or validation of work done (or not done). Employees are harassed during 1‑on‑1 meetings, including disrespectful communication and verbal bashing. Targets are singled out, pressured, and treated unfairly without objective reasons. Employees are sometimes placed on PIPs without clear justification, which feels more like retaliation than performance management. There is no safe forum or leadership support where employees can voice concerns or be heard. HR and senior management do not take timely or effective action on reported issues. Creates a toxic, fear-driven environment where employees feel targeted, unsupported, and forced to leave. Excessive and unnecessary meetings consume the entire day without clear outcomes. Managers spend more time in meeting rooms than supporting or guiding their teams. Micromanagement and constant pressure from both negatively impact mental health and morale. If you don not hear them then PP will target you and spread bad words about you.

Pros

The company has done well to embrace hybrid and fully remote employment and adjusting the benefits packages to support staff who no longer go into an office.

Cons

Software development is done at pace and there is little to no buffer planned for delays or UAT failures which impacts all the end of process departments,
