Colleagues were incredible The solution does solve a massive problem for companies...when it works

Where to even begin. If I could give zero stars I would. The company is poorly run by co-founders who are out of touch with the market. There is absolutely no plan in place and despite making hires earlier this year to drive the company forward, neither of the 2 founders allowed the new hires to do their jobs. Why hire people if you don't plan on allowing them to drive the company forward? Extremely toxic leadership that just laid off nearly 15% of the global team with some being laid off "due to performance reasons" despite them actually being top performers. None of it makes sense. I would avoid this company at all costs. Very likely you will get blindsided by leadership.

Pros

-They stink -They stink hard -They stink so hard you can literally do your work in 3 minutes a day

Cons

-Incompetent C Level executives -They are so unaligned with the market and their product -Some of the worst leaders I have ever worked with -5 VP of sales in North America in a year. -Don't worry about being great at your job, you will still be laid off -Arne, Steve, and Dana are 3 inept peas in a pod. -Go to market strategy is like a kid trying to color in a coloring book who is colorblind and armless -Working here is taking a step nay a leap back in your career
