Pros
Two things only. Location is in the heart of Hollywood and the cafeteria food is amazing. Can't think of any other pros of working here.
Cons
Turnover is unbelievable in the finance department. Those who stick it out are only there for a paycheck nothing else. Lots of gossiping and cliques in the office. Absolutely zero team morale. Everyone works by themselves and the managers seem under qualified for the manager title. It helps being a girl as the guy managers are sexist. Expect 10 to 12 hour days and false promises on promotion
