Pros

Work from Home. Hours are 6am - 2:30pm. Great work team and environment for peers ( excluding upper management). Work Live Balance is possible ( but that's based on you).

Cons

Limited flexibility. Forcing changes that do not always work across all divisions. TL working constantly as in the workflow ( doing 2 jobs getting paid for 1). Room for growth seems limited/blocked. Can't apply to jobs within in the company without them notifying your manager when its only for an interview. I understand courtesy, but some managers take it personally when a person is leaving. Barely 2% raise increases ( WFH is supposed to compensate for pay) Providing indirect answers to direct questions. Micromanagement Terrible communication - company wide - always waits to last minute to provide vital information.

Pros

Work from home is a plus. Hours are daytime with weekends off.

Cons

Terrible Manager. Makes you feel unwelcome and co workers are afraid to ask questions or stand up for themselves. Micromanaging is a huge priority to management. The pay is low and no chance of raises or bonus of any sort. You better be a fast learner as it's a one and done. If you don't understand they make you feel bad about asking questions or needing more help. New sites being added but no new hires. We just are told work harder/ faster and the expectations are You WILL get it done. High stress and constant SOP changes. An updated manual would be great. Written instructions for your position. Step by step. Not much room for advancement, only parallel positions.
