Its federal contract work, so the benefits aren't great.

Under leadership at the time, transparency was refreshing. Leadership with open doors, encouraged fresh ideas and engagement, extraordinary team building efforts. Positive and forward thinking on all levels. Strong support oriented. All for one and one for all attitudes. Recognized that growth and impact included accomplishments as well as lessons learned. Celebrated all teams and team members.

A little top-heavy with regards to senior and executive staff. Some clicks and favoritism. Some disconnect regarding "right person-right position".
