      Flexible scheduling, most coworker are good to work with. Merchandise discounts. Some reimbursement for race entry fees, if you work that sports department.

      Cons

      Low pay, $0.25per hour raise after 1 year. Sales commissions vary.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
