The employee discount was decent. Depending on your department, your schedule could be flexible if given proper notice.
Cons
Most managers didn't care about their employees. There was a lot of favoritism and a terrible turnover rate. My department in particular, had a bad manager who was not personable. He was very rude to my co-workers and never took care of the department. He would favor certain employees, ignoring their lazy habits, but was condescending towards the employees that actually worked. Other than bad management, it was completely unprofessional. There was intercourse, drug use, and alcohol consumption on the job. Not just by the staff, but by management as well. I would not recommend this place. For the very low income and high volume of stress, it is not worth it.
