Only thing you can say is that in a Lala company you don't have "cut throat" competition .

Business is being run like a shop with owner shouting and screaming with his employees and having no idea on how to interact. There is no care taken for employees and there is negligible career growth opportunities. Basic facilities like AC, drinking water, Tea, good chairs are at a premium and reserved only for the owner's chosen few... Was working in finance and the seniors were least helpful and more interested in scoring points with the owner. To make matters worse the CFO was timid, irresponsible and lacking managerial skills. Also the premise is located in a isolated place and commuting is a big problem
