Most people there like games and are "nerdy".
Cons
- Management is very passive and doesn't know how to handle bullying. No actions taken besides talking, not even after reporting situation to HR. - Some managers don't like to have 1x1 meetings with their team. - When asked about diversity & inclusion, the management's answer was to look around and say "yeah, I think we are pretty diverse". There is very little diversity in the tech area, barely any women in leadership roles and no available data on diversity metrics. - No opportunity for growth. Manager who hired me quit and 4 months were spent interviewing only external people to fill the role. No internals (from a team of more than 10 people) were considered to fill the position.
