Atrocious leadership. The treatment of their employees is borderline criminal. This is where you go to have your career die. There is no employee handbook or actual in writing rules, this way leadership is not accountable. You get two weeks vacation, maybe less or maybe more depending it you are liked or not. If you are on vacation you are expected to be available 24/7. Don't expect that you will get the resources you need in order to complete your job.
