      Pros

      You will get a Mac book air. A salary package of 5 lacs as a fresher.

      Cons

      1.No proper training just start working from the first day and if you failed in the task you will be fired.They proudly announce they have hire and fire policy. You can be fired anytime. 2 Work is quite unethical as you are suppose to write academic assignments for the chinese students who are studying abroad. Its like Munna Bhai MBBS. 3.work life is 24*7. You can't sleep at night if you get a revision from your manager you have to submit it no matter its 2am. 4.You have to do the tasks which are not even from your background. You get assignments from IT, Law, psychology etc. Etc. and you won't get any training to handle these assignments. 5.If you want to imbalance your life you can try for this company. Only good thing you get is a Macbook Air.

      Variety of orders and competitive prices

      They will entice you,with a good training,pay you for a few orders then make you work like a slave and disappear with all your earnings without any explanation. The website of the company shows that it was active in 2016 yet they still advertise for vacant positions,the credibility of the company is therefore questionable They will also disable your account after coning you. This is not an educational company but a group of conmen and women focused on coning freelance writers Avoid this company if you dont want dissapointments in your career

      Nothing. Bad worklife balance and every member of the China team is a stupid maniac. They do not know anything and come to school writers as it they know everything.

      Cons

      Employees are penalized because of China team's faults and have to pay penalty for every mistake they make. Do not join this company. It is a huge scam. If you still do, just know that you will be blamed for every mistake that Chinese people make because you are an easy way out and they do not want to take accountability. If they do then they will be penalized and they would rather shift that burden on you, You will feel terrible working here and the pay is not even that good. You will lose money left right center and will also lose morale only to find that you were dealing with a bunch of dumb people who think they know everything. Each one of those Chinese mfs will pay for what they do. Wait till you lose all money. It won't be very long until that happens.
