Pros
The culture comes from the top and I have to say, I have never worked at such a transparent company. Everyone is outstanding at what they do and really cares about their work. I have a young family, like many of the people who work at Paperform, and I know that I have the full support of the founders to make sure I'm always there for them. They call it "life-work balance". Everyone is open and honest but in a very respectful way. I like to call it the anti-start-up because it does not believe in hustle culture, is profitable, and everyone including management makes very well thought out considered decisions. They take culture very seriously and I can tell you first-hand that if a candidate is someone who can not demonstrate humility, a lack of ego and is not genuine, they do not make it past the first round regardless of their experience.
Cons
I could not tell you of any.
