If you’re looking for steady work, look else where. The owner/ manager fires people like nothing. Worked there for about 6-7 months and in that period he fired and hired about 10 people. If you speak up for yourself or an ongoing problem you will be fired. You have to become a favorite of the owner to actually feel safe from being fired. He is a real hot head. It’s an alright job environment, but when the owner walks in the whole atmosphere changes. I remember all of us waiting for him to leave just so we can communicate to one another. Many more reasons why you should steer clear of working here, but this should be sufficient.
