The company used to be full of lovely people who were fun to work with but once the owners hired someone to be In charge of Operations, a lot of good people who were good at their job was either let go or quit.

We recognize that in some cases change can be difficult. We also want to stress that the changes that have occurred within the company over the past three years have all been made to support not just the overall success of the organization but also the individual success of its employees. Additionally, we remain committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees as we know this is crucial to our mission. As the company progresses, we understand that some would prefer that things stay the same, but we feel that would be unfair to those who invest their focus and energy into achieving bigger and better things that benefit both our entire team as well as those who choose to live in our communities.
Great team culture that genuinely supports each other. The work itself is varied and interesting, which keeps things engaging. Management is approachable and there's a real sense of collaboration across the team. Good opportunity to build skills in property management quickly.
