Very bad management. Toxic work environment. Hire and fire(force to resign) policy. When I joined first the co-founder treated employees very good and acted like they cared but later on after 5-6 months they start shouting, for no reason, their behaviour turns very bad. They play with your emotions. If you even slightly disagree in any meeting, they start their torture by verbally abusing, shouting and sometimes even threatening. The entire tech team had resigned, due to such kind of attitude. This cycle keeps repeating every year. Everyone's CTC includes a retention bonus, that will be given after 1 year of getting confirmed, by the time you reach that stage they start telling your performance is very bad and force you to resign. Even after resignation and leaving the place, they don't pay the correct amount for the days you worked, the co-founder varsha makes sure too put 500 or 1000 ruppess less. They got such cheap attitude. Many of my colleagues had got their experience and service letter which showed wrong working dates. They wantedly do this, for my colleague once Varsha told it's only 20 days difference, nobody would care, after asking multiple times she corrected it. The management is very crooked there. If you would want to experience a fake and later toxic work culture. Then this is surely a place for you.
