Pros
Panorama has gone through a lot of change over the last few years and the company has come a long way. The leadership does a lot for the employees and does a good job listening. The benefits are really good and they do awesome employee events, lunches, and company swag. We get a lot of holidays and time off. I feel like they value us. They let us do our jobs and not micromanage. My team mates are all very helpful and we truly support each other. It's a great culture.
Cons
The insurance industry in general is kind of tough right now, and it's antiquated. It's also hard to hire in this market, so sometimes open positions take a long time to fill.
