Work-life balance is good, good work atmosphere, and there are fun company events and parties. If you like global trade or SaaS industry, you'll have a lot of fun discussing the product.

They take months to collect on Accounts Receivable and commission is not paid to the Sales Development Executive rf the Account Executive until after AR collected - in most cases the commission isn't paid until 3 months after the sale at the earliest. Over 10 employees were laid off with no warning after investing themselves in setting up the new office, and it kind of killed the spirit for the rest of us who were left after that. Panjiva will ask you to do extra things for them and go out of your way to grow the company, but will not go out of their way to reciprocate the effort with a higher salary.
