Good team culture, plenty of mentors. My skills shot up drastically and I get to have a say on building stuff. Flexible working hours. I've achieved many certificates while working here, i'm allocated time to learn so it's not just work focused. They're massive foodies and also do plenty of events such as charity events, social drinks, fitness stuff. You can pretty much talk anyone, there is no barriers between departments which is good because you understand how everything fits together and then cloud perspective improve and automate any tasks/jobs.
