The managers are allowed to do whatever they want. The amount of completely illegal and crazy things that I saw while working there is way too high. First and foremost, the general manager at the location I worked at (Hixson, TN) hired her best friend and her brother. Her best friend was paid way more than everyone else and got away with doing bare minimum and leaving her work for everyone else. Her brother had a huge ego and spoke down on everyone, he was promoted to shift lead and eventually to manager. He would throw fits, scream, cuss, and slam things around. He never got in trouble for any of these things. I put in an HR report and was eventually fired in retaliation. They do not care about your there at all. Another thing that I saw in the Chattanooga, Hixson, Cleveland area was that the male managers were hiring young teenage girls and promoting them to managers even when they were not qualified they had very inappropriate and odd relationships with these young girls. The whole group needs to be fired and replaced.
