Decent Pay for the Demand of work they push for. One 30 Minute Break Non-Paid & Two 10 Minutes Breaks- Paid Free Meal 15 Minute before shift If needed, & During 30 Minute Break Flexible schedules Great Benefits at a reasonable Price
Cons
No TeamWork for Back of House Expect to work alone if your good at your job. No Recognition Given At High Volume locations Such as mine, No one helps beside the ones that favor you. Management Stands around. While you bust your butt for them to look good for Regional Managers and Upper Hierarchy Bonuses only Given every quarter, Not even a bonus, I must say. High Turn Over Promises Given, but never fulfilled. Always point out the negatives, Never the positives
