      Favoritism Having to interview for full-time employment Low pay Taking Landmark courses and paying for it out of my own pocket. (Courses need to be completed before becoming full-time)

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
