Pros
Free meal to the employees but I have never ate their junk food.
Cons
Older employees often push around newer employees. You have get used to being bullied by the older employees. They leave all the works they don't want to do to new employees, then they sit around to pick problems from newer. They just don't want the new employees taking their hours and forcing them to leave.
