Pros
401k matching and mutual funds, some flexibility to work from home. Three weeks of paid vacation. New HR Director is very professional and a vast improvement over the last one.
Cons
Company has no money and little possibility for growth. All of the best employees leave. Management is terrible; they never address important issues.
